Geomin International wishes to state that the company and its Geological Consultant, Greg Parham M.AusIMM, are not associated with Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTCBB:SAEI)

Furthermore, neither it nor its Consultant, Greg Parham, are involved in the review of any data or authoring a recent NI 43-101 report on the Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv gold properties.

The following excerpt taken from the NI 43-101 report is false and misleading.

Technical information related to the Barlevskoye and Vynohradiv mineral resource estimate contained in this press release has been reviewed and approved by Mr. Graig Parham is an independent Qualified Persons as defined by NI 43-101, with the ability and authority to verify the authenticity and validity of this data."

Geomin has notified several offices of the SEC on Saturday and Sunday (11 and 12 December) of the fraudulent use of its name and its consultant, Greg Parham.
